ENRG is led by a team that has already helped scale major brokerages. One of the things that gave me confidence in ENRG was who’s behind it. The company was founded by Peter and Erinn Nobel, who were instrumental in the growth of The Real Brokerage and eXp Realty. Having come from a more traditional brokerage model myself, I could immediately see the difference—ENRG is built around how agents actually operate today, not systems that were designed for a different era of real estate.
